1 - Availability. Wysp will evolve in the future, and may get shut down at any time. You agree that Wysp will not be liable to you for any modification or suspension of its service.

2 - Privacy. The only identifying information we require from you is a valid email address and a username (which may be your Facebook username if you registered through Facebook).
We keep your email address strictly confidential, and it will not be disclosed to other Wysp users or third parties without your explicit consent.
Contrarily to most social networking services, Wysp does not track your usage of its service in any identifiable way. Wysp does not keep logs of the pages you visited. We use cookies strictly to keep you logged in to Wysp, and never for any tracking purpose.

3 - Copyright. By submitting any content to Wysp, you certify that you own the copyright to this content. You retain ownership of your work by submitting it to Wysp. From the moment you submit content and until the moment you delete it, Wysp gains the right to display it anywhere on the Wysp.ws website and in promotional materials.

4 - Facebook policy. If you register to Wysp through Facebook, by clicking the "Log in with Facebook" button, the only information Wysp gathers from your Facebook account is your Facebook username and main email address. Wysp will never post anything to your Facebook account without your explicit consent, or access anything from your Facebook account besides your email address and username.
