Death and Elisabeth from Elisabeth das Musical.
In the first Takarazuka run as well as the Toho runs, Death follows Elisabeth out of her boudoir, where she has been getting dressed and such, which is a pretty intimate staging decision. So I wound up drawing this and it looks a bit more risqué than I'd intended.
